All event packaging is recycled via our local recycling partner, Capital Recycle.
Making Connections 5km medals are now made of wood and sourced from a UK supplier.
Our event guide is only available in digital format for you to download and share.
Runner numbers, cups, flyers, and packaging are produced from recycled materials and sourced in the UK.

This event is a non-timed event suitable for runners and walkers of all abilities
BSL interpreter is present at the event.
All under-18’s run for free, but please remember they must be registered using the Child Registration Form and accompanied by an adult at all times.
